These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the sarghydesign.ro website, operated by Sarghy Design Solutions SRL.

Active digital protection
All digital assets of the site — code structures, visual architecture, CSS patterns, and interface elements — are legally protected. Unauthorized reproduction, architecture copying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
1. General information
The sarghydesign.ro website is operated by Sarghy Design Solutions SRL, a limited liability company registered in Romania, CUI 41539879, Reg. Com. J40/10974/2019, with registered office at Aleea Poiana Mare 8, Sector 6, Bucharest. Accessing or using the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the sarghydesign.ro website, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and accept these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to restrict access for any user or automated system that displays abusive behavior or attempts to compromise the integrity of the site.
3. Our services
Sarghy Design provides web development and optimization services. The sarghydesign.ro website serves for presentation and contact only: no payments are made, no accounts are created, and no products are sold through it. Any actual collaboration is established separately, through a dedicated offer and service agreement containing the specific terms of the project.
4. Project selection
Sarghy Design Solutions SRL reserves the right to choose the projects and clients it works with and to decline, at its sole discretion, any request, with no obligation to justify the decision. In particular, we do not accept projects (websites, apps, tools, plugins, campaigns) for or related to:
- adult content and services (pornography, escort, sexually explicit content);
- gambling, betting, and lotteries;
- cryptocurrencies, Forex, CFDs, and other speculative trading or investment schemes;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives;
- drugs and prohibited substances;
- any illegal activity, fraud, pyramid/MLM schemes, or content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.
5. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on the sarghydesign.ro website — texts, images, graphic elements, source code, design, logo, and visual architecture — is the exclusive property of Sarghy Design Solutions SRL or used under authorized rights. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the site is permitted solely for lawful purposes. Any use that impairs the site's operation, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law — including unauthorized access, scanning, or bulk extraction of content — is prohibited.
7. Site availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the site's availability but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons, with or without prior notice. Sarghy Design Solutions SRL is not liable for unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, third-party failures, cyberattacks, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sarghy Design Solutions SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For separately contracted projects, liability is governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement.

10. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably by contacting our team at office@sarghydesign.ro. If amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts of Romania.
Security notice
Automated scanning, scraping, or bulk data extraction systems may be blocked through technical protection mechanisms. Abusive use of the site's resources may result in permanent access blocking, in accordance with applicable law.
