Unauthorized automated data collection, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without prior written consent is prohibited. Technical data may be analyzed to protect the integrity of the site.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or on your device when you access a website. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) may be used for the same purpose — to remember preferences and ensure the site works correctly.

2. What we use on this site

On sarghydesign.ro we use only strictly necessary and functional storage:

Theme preference (light / dark) and language preference, saved locally on your device (localStorage). These do not identify you and are not used for tracking. Legal basis: legitimate interest / functional (ePrivacy art. 5(3)).

We currently do not use analytics, statistics, or marketing cookies and load no tracking scripts.

3. Third-party cookies

The site currently sets no third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Hosting is provided by Vercel, which may set strictly operational cookies for security and content delivery.

4. Consent

Because we use only strictly necessary and functional storage (theme, language), it does not require prior consent under ePrivacy art. 5(3). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will display a consent banner with visually equivalent options (Reject / Customize / Accept), and those categories will default to off.

5. Browser settings

You can delete your theme and language preferences at any time from your browser settings (clearing site data / localStorage). More information about the data we process is available in the Privacy Policy.

Technical notice

All session data may be protected through technical security mechanisms. Injection attempts, path traversal, abusive scanning, or malicious use of resources may be blocked and documented in accordance with applicable law.
